Will the simultaneous mobilization of many key leaders among businesses in the Petrovietnam ecosystem create a driving force for management innovation or place great pressure on the process of transferring and maintaining business efficiency?
According to Resolution No. 6034/NQ-CNNL dated July 16, 2026 of the Board of Members of Vietnam National Industry and Energy Group Petrovietnam and information announced by businesses and press agencies on July 21, 2026, Petrovietnam has mobilized and introduced many senior personnel at member units including PVGas, PVTrans and PVCFC.
Notably, at Vietnam Gas Corporation Joint Stock Company, stock code GAS, both top leadership positions had personnel changes.
Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh, Chairman of the Board of Directors of PVGas, was mobilized and introduced to take on new tasks at PetroVietnam Transportation Joint Stock Corporation, stock code PVT.
Meanwhile, Mr. Pham Van Phong, General Director of PVGas, was okaytransferred to PetroVietnam Ca Mau Fertilizer Joint Stock Company, stock code DCM, to introduce for election as a member of the Board of Directors. At the same time, he stopped being the representative of Petrovietnam's capital at PVGas and was appointed as the representative of Petrovietnam's capital at PVCFC.

This mobilization takes place in the context that Petrovietnam continues to restructure and rotate staff among member enterprises to strengthen management capacity, share operating experience and promote high-level human resources throughout the system. This is also a notable step as both PVGas, PVTrans and PVCFC are large-scale listed enterprises, playing an important role in the oil and gas value chain from transportation, gas to fertilizer.
Currently, Petrovietnam has just announced its policy of mobilizing and introducing personnel. Taking on administrative positions at the enterprise will be carried out in accordance with tOrder, procedures and authority of each enterprise according to current regulations.
