On July 28, in Hanoi, the Trade Union of Vietnam Petroleum Installation Corporation (PETROCONS) - a basic trade union directly under the Trade Union of Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group (Petrovietnam) successfully organized the "Listening to the Voices of Worker Members" forum. This significant event aims to strengthen dialogue between leadership and workers while applying technology to connect units across the country.
Background and Significance of the Forum
In the context of strong digital transformation and increasing connectivity needs, the "Listening to the Voices of Worker Members" forum was organized with the goal of creating a direct, transparent dialogue channel between the PETROCONS Trade Union Union Board and members, workers at member units.
