The project was jointly implemented by PVCFC and SVTECH with the goal of building a centralized, standardized and synchronized enterprise data platform across the system; Improve data management capacity, optimize executive reporting and support decision-making based on real-time data.
Through phase 1, PVCFC has gradually formed a centralized data platform, deployed operational dashboards for many key areas such as: Business, logistics, production, maintenance... In the new implementation phase, the project focuses on upgrading the platform. Data Lake, built a management dashboard system for the Board of Management and 13 departments, standardized more than 900 KPIs, while automating data processing processes and optimizing operational efficiency of the enterprise data system.

Sharing at the program, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tung - General Director of PVCFC emphasized that the project does not stop at building a technology system, but more importantly, improving practical application throughout the system, ensuring digital transformation associated with PVCFC's human resources, from management thinking to operating capacity and data exploitation in practice.
PVCFC's Board of General Directors also sets high requirements for elements of system information security, the ability to update data in real time, accuracy and the ability to extract data promptly to serve operations as required by the Board of Directors. At the same time, the implementation process needs to ensure decisiveness, synchronization and connectivity between data systems throughout the Corporation.

At the kickoff session, representatives of PVCFC's specialized departments/units also discussed and contributed many practical opinions related to the need for data mining, upgrading the management dashboard, automating reports and enhancing applicability during the implementation of phase 2 of the project.
According to the plan, the project will be implemented in 43 weeks with many key items on data integration, management dashboard development, training and operational transfer for PVCFC staff. The project not only aims to build a modern management reporting system but also creates a foundation for other artificial intelligence (AI) applications, advanced data analytics and future smart operating models, contributing to realizing PVCFC's comprehensive digital transformation goal. source (PetroTimes)
